By accessing or using Editsfield AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any applicable policies linked from the website.

• You must provide accurate information when required to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
• You must not share access in a way that violates the service rules or creates a security risk.
• We may suspend or terminate access where there is serious abuse, fraud, security risk or violation of these terms.

• Only upload or process content you have the legal right to use.
• Do not use Editsfield AI to create or distribute unlawful, harmful, threatening, hateful or discriminatory content.
• Do not intentionally submit malicious files or content designed to disrupt the service.
• Do not use the platform to infringe copyright, privacy, trademark or other rights.
• Do not use automated traffic, fake views or other abusive methods to manipulate services or third-party platforms.

You retain ownership of the media, scripts and other original content you provide, subject to rights belonging to third parties. You grant Editsfield AI only the permissions reasonably necessary to host, process, render, transmit and display your content as required to provide the service.

Editsfield AI's software, branding, interface, documentation and original site materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and are not transferred to you by using the platform.

Editsfield AI is provided on an as-available basis. A render can fail or take longer because of unsupported media, malformed files, project complexity, infrastructure limits, network problems or other technical conditions. We do not guarantee that every project will render successfully or that the service will always be uninterrupted.

• Attempting to hack, disrupt or compromise Editsfield AI or its infrastructure.
• Using bots or automated systems to abuse features, generate fraudulent traffic or bypass limits.
• Uploading malware or files intended to damage systems.
• Attempting to access another user's account or private data.
• Using the service in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

You are responsible for your account, the content you submit, the permissions and licences for your media, and the way you use exported videos. You are also responsible for reviewing your final output before publishing it.

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users or third parties, including for serious violations, fraud, abuse, security threats or unlawful activity. You may stop using the service at any time.

Your use of Editsfield AI is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information and media may be handled.

• The service is provided on an as-available basis without guarantees that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality or quality of user-provided content.
• You are responsible for keeping copies of important source files.
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, Editsfield AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms as the product develops. Changes become effective when posted on this page unless a different effective date is stated. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
